At California Salty Brand, your satisfaction matters to us. Since we partner with Printify, a print-on-demand provider, all of our products are custom-made just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
However, if there is a problem with your order, we’re here to help!
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing error, damaged product, or the wrong item:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll work with Printify to provide a free replacement or a full refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in these cases:
- Wrong size, color, or design ordered
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor variations in size (up to 1 inch difference from the size guide)
- Poor image quality resulting from low-resolution artwork or design files
3. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or free replacement. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
4. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and arrange a reprint or refund if confirmed lost.
